I grew up in a Jamaican home so my first culinary experiences were filled with Jamaica’s rich flavours which are influenced by West African, Indian and South American cuisines and ingredients indigenous to the island's tropical climate.

When it comes to food, variety is the spice of life for me so I will try to offer two or three menus on rotation for a few months at a time so everybody who wants to, can book a time that fits their schedule.
I am starting Ashs Plek where my food journey began - Jamaica. Not only is Jamaican food close to my heart, it is quite a new cuisine to many Dutch people which excites me because I have the opportunity to introduce you to some of our most loved dishes with my own twist that you will never forget.
